The mission of As I am Mentoring Inc., is to create a safe space for youth to thrive and discover their purpose.

Our vision is to motivate youth to be their best self by prompting self-worth, character development, and gain a true understanding of who they are.

At AIA, we believe in and remind ourselves that we are “On Our Way to Becoming…” It allows our teens to fill in the blanks of who they hope to become as they discover their purpose throughout the program.
